Before contacting support

• Confirm you are using Gmail or Outlook Web in Chrome.
• Open Simplifier settings and refresh your subscription status.
• Try closing and reopening the current email thread.

Please do not send raw email thread HTML unless we explicitly ask for a redacted parser fixture.
